The F-250 has four engine options for customers to choose from:

  • Standard 6.8-liter V-8 gas engine (405 horsepower and 445 pound-feet of torque)
  • Available 7.3-liter V-8 engine (430 horsepower and 485 pound-feet of torque)
  • Available 6.7-liter Power Stroke® V-8 Turbo Diesel Engine (475 horsepower and 1,050 pound-feet of torque)
  • Available High-Output 6.7-liter Power Stroke® V-8 Turbo Diesel engine (500 horsepower and 1,200 pound-feet of torque)

 

Towing and Payload Capacities

The F-150 has a standard towing capacity of 8,200 pounds and a maximum coting capacity of 14,000 pounds. The F-250 has a standard towing capacity of 17,300 pounds and a maximum towing capacity of 23,000 pounds. The F-150 has a maximum available payload capacity of 3,250 pounds, while the F-250 can haul up to 4,260 pounds.

Tech and Safety Features

Both the F-150 and F-250 come standard with an eight-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. Both models allow customers in Kerman to upgrade to a 12-inch infotainment touchscreen as well. The F-150 has a suite of standard safety features, including forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, automatic high-beam headlights, lane-keeping assist, and lane-departure warning. These features are available for the F-250.
